The user of CDs and audio recordings on this site, hereby referred to as downloads accepts unconditionally that this software is designed exclusively for self-improvement and relaxation. The term ’Healing’ used in my products and website content is only a name and shall not be construed as medical or any other advice. Customers can request a refund on CD products if they are faulty or if they have changed their mind as long as product has not been opened or file downloaded. Notification must be received within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. Customers have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve notified us. Upon which time a refund will be issued.
